Seasonal Camps in the City of Hamilton

Many parents choose to enroll their children in seasonal camp programs for all or part of their breaks (e.g. March Break, Summer, Winter Break and PA Days) from school. Many different camp experiences are available. Camp services range from residential camps to full day, part day or part-time day camps. Camp fees vary widely depending on the services offered. In some cases, assistance with fees is available to families who qualify based on criteria developed by the sponsoring organization. The ages of children served can range from pre-school to older school-aged children and teenagers.

Some licensed child care programs offer seasonal camp activities. Parents who enrol children in a licensed camp may be eligible for fee assistance through the city's subsidy program.

Information about seasonal camp programs is available from the Child Care Information Hamilton, (905) 528-0591.
